Teddy Liddell For Congress is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt political campaign organization established under the Internal Revenue Code Section 527 and is primarily organized for the purpose of directly or indirectly accepting contributions and making expenditures. Teddy Liddell For Congress is Theodore M. Liddell’s principal campaign committee as defined by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971. As a political campaign organization that is not operated for the profit or financial benefit of shareholders or other owners, we are exempt from certain laws that regulate how businesses collect, sell, disclose, use, and transfer personal information, and what information businesses must provide to data subjects about the use of their personal information.
